Lilly Rockwell is a writer and journalist based in Tallahassee, Florida.

Lilly has worked for ten years as a news reporter for newspapers, wire services and magazines.

She is a staff writer for business magazine Florida Trend.

Prior to working at Florida Trend, Lilly was as a reporter for the News Service of Florida, a Tallahassee-based news wire service that reports on state government and politics. Lilly has also written for magazines such as Tallahassee Magazine and 850 Business Magazine. Early in her career, she was a business reporter for the Austin American-Statesman where she covered business, including Fortune 500 Whole Foods Market and biotechnology.

Lilly is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

In her free time, Lilly enjoys reading, long-distance running, singing in the Tallahassee Community Chorus and spending time with her Little Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is also the founder of the Texas Exes Tallahassee network for University of Texas alumni.
